Artículo segundo. Facúltase, asimismo, al Servicio de Inteligencia Colombiano (S. I. C.) para adquirir, a nombre y en representación de la Nación, con el producido de la venta a que se refiere el artículo 1° del presente Decreto, un lote y las edificaciones correspondientes con destino a la Escuela de Tecníficación de dicho Servicio.
