Destínase para ensanche del Colegio Mayor de Nuestra Señora del Rosario de Bogotá, la suma de veinte mil pesos que por la Ley 53 de 17 de Noviembre de1890, se señaló para sostenimiento del Liceo Nacional y que figura en el Presupuesto Nacional de Gastos, una vez que el Gobierno consideró innecesaria la continuación de aquel Instituto.
