Quienes no cumplan con lo establecido en los artículos 1º, 7º, 11, de la Ley 37 de 1990, y el artículo 9o del presente Decreto estarán ejerciendo ilegalmente la profesión de Economista y por lo tanto se harán acreedores a las sanciones que establece el artículo 9º de la Ley 37 de 1990.
