Dentro de los seis (6) meses siguientes a la expedición de la presente ley, el Gobierno Nacional -Ministerio de Gobierno- definirá los mecanismos necesarios conducentes a la adopción de las medidas requeridas para la debida protección y amparo de la viuda y los hijos del doctor Rodrigo Lara Bonilla.
