Ley 72 de 1985 · Por la cual la Nación rinde honores al Conquistador Juan de Ampudia, con motivo de cumplirse en el año de 1986, 450 años de la fundación de Jamundí, Valle, y se dictan otras disposiciones.

Autorízase a la Asamblea Departamental del Valle del Cauca, para ordenar la puesta en circulación de una estampilla de correo alusiva a este acontecimiento, que llevará la efigie del Cacique Jamundí y del Fundador don Juan de Ampudia.

Parágrafo

Lo producido por la emisión de la estampilla prevista en el presente artículo se manejará en cuenta especial en la Tesorería Municipal de Jamundí, con destino exclusivo a financiar parte de las obras aquí previstas, de acuerdo con la prelación que establezca el Gobierno Municipal y la Junta Promotora del Aniversario.
