Agentes de Inteligencia . Todos los empleados del Departamento Administrativo de Seguridad tienen el carácter y cumplen funciones de agentes de inteligencia. En tal virtud pueden ser requeridos por el Jefe, el Subjefe, el Secretario General y los directores para buscar información y, en todo caso, están en la obligación de suministrar oficiosamente, por escrito, o verbalmente, los datos, noticias o informes que puedan ser útiles en las labores de inteligencia. El incumplimiento injustificado de este deber es causal de mala conducta. La Dirección General de Inteligencia dará instrucciones a todo el personal del Departamento sobre la forma, oportunidad y pertinencia de tales informaciones.
