La sentencia de un Col1sejo de Guerra Verbal será revisada, por apelación o consulta, por el Comandante superior de las tropas, si lo hubiere O por el Comandante de la Unidad superior respectiva, quien puede reformar el fallo, sin reagravarlo, o mandarlo ejecutar bajo su responsabilidad.
