Artículo único. Reconócese á favor del Tesoro Nacional del Departamento de Panamá la cantidad de doscientos noventa y nueve mil cuatrocientos sesenta y ocho pesos y cinco centavos ($299,468-85) proveniente de suministros, empréstitos y apropiaciones en la guerra de 1884 y 1885. Dicha suma se considerará incluida en el Presupuesto de Gastos del próximo bienio, y será pagada en dividendos iguales en todo ese periodo económico.
