E l Fondo de Vivienda y Bienestar Social contará entre otros con los siguientes recursos

Los que se le asignen en la Ley de Presupuesto.

Las donaciones y asignaciones que se le hagan por entidades públicas de cualquier orden, personas naturales o jurídicas y organismos internacionales o Gobiernos extranjeros.

Las sumas que le asigne el Fiscal General de la Nación de los recursos sobre los cuales pueda disponer como representante legal de la entidad.
