º Sustitúyese el artículo 7º del Decreto 2500 del 2 de diciembre de 1985, por el siguiente: "Las importaciones que se efectúen al amparo del presente Decreto estarán sujetas al pago del impuesto a las importaciones del 18%, previsto en la Ley 75 de 1986, y las demás normas que rijan las importaciones".
