Las Asociaciones o Ligas de Radioaficionados deberán inscribirse ante el Ministerio de Comunicaciones previo cumplimiento de los siguientes requisitos: a). Solicitud en papel sellado, dirigido al Ministro de Comunicaciones que deberá ser presentado personalmente por el Represente Legal ante el Secretario General del Ministerio o tener autenticada la firma ante Notario; b). Certificado que acredite la Personería Jurídica c). Copia de los Estatutos d). Copia del acta de elección de la Junta Directiva e). Lista de los socios con su respectivo distintivo de llamada
