La Caja Colombiana de Ahorros, a que se refiere el artículo 40 de a Ley 57 de 1931 , será manejada, a partir el primero de enero de mil novecientos treinta y seis, por la Junta Directiva y demás funcionarios de la Caja de Crédito Agrario, Industrial y Minero, con capital propio y contabilidad independiente.
