Permiso de transporte turístico.Toda empresa de transporte fluvial de pasajeros, en la clasificación de turismo, está sujeta a la habilitación y permiso de operación otorgado por el Ministerio de Transporte, así como también a la vigilancia y control permanente de las autoridades que velan por el cumplimiento de las normas sobre navegación fluvial y de las condiciones de seguridad, salubridad e higiene de cada una de las embarcaciones.
