Capacitación extranjeros. Podrán ingresar al curso de formación personal del Nivel Ejecutivo de la Policía Nacional, los nacionales de otros países, que sean designados por los respectivos gobiernos y aceptados por el de Colombia, a quienes se les conferirá el grado honorario correspondiente, previa aprobación del respectivo curso.
