El Ministerio de Salud y Protección Social, en la elaboración de la Política Pública de Atención, Acompañamiento y Protección de las personas con Trastorno del Espectro Autista (TEA), desarrollará actividades de investigación en salud mental que permitan la actualización del Protocolo Clínico de Atención, con la inclusión de tecnologías en salud mental para las personas con dicho trastorno, en coordinación con el Instituto Nacional de Salud (INS).
