DEL TERMINO PARA DAR CUMPLIMIENTO AL PRESENTE DECRETO. Antes del 31 de diciembre de 1988, las Asambleas, los Gobernadores y las Juntas o Consejos Directivos, conforme a sus respectivas competencias, procederán a reformar los estatutos de las entidades descentralizadas, a fin de dar cumplimiento a las disposiciones del presente decreto.
