Cuando del resultado de una visita o del análisis de la información obtenida por los Gobernadores y el Alcalde Mayor de Bogotá, se establezca algún incumplimiento o irregularidad por parte de las instituciones educativas de utilidad común, se aplicarán las sanciones previstas en los artículos 24 y 25 del presente Decreto.
