Vinculación es el contrato mediante el cual el propietario o tenedor de un vehículo, lo sujeta a la prestación del servicio público de transporte, a través de una determinada empresa habilitada. Los vehículos que sean de propiedad de la empresa habilitada, se entenderán vinculados a la misma, sin que para ello sea necesario la celebración del contrato de vinculación.
