º. Liquidación del impuesto. El impuesto sobre las ventas en la importación de los bienes de que trata este decreto, corresponderá al valor resultante de aplicar la tarifa promedio implícita del bien importado establecida en el artículo anterior a la base gravable para importaciones establecida en el artículo 459 del Estatuto Tributario.

Parágrafo

El impuesto cancelado en la importación de estos bienes no podrá ser tratado en ningún caso como impuesto descontable.
