La incorporación de los funcionarios a la nueva planta de personal que se adopta por la presente norma, se hará conforme a las disposiciones legales vigentes sobre la materia, dentro de los quince (15) días siguientes a la fecha de su publicación, teniendo en cuenta lo dispuesto en el Decreto 1173 de 1999 y demás normas vigentes sobre la materia.
