Los representantes legales y funcionarios directivos de las compañías de seguros podrán promover la celebración de contratos de seguros en beneficio de las sociedades que administran, siempre que lo hagan constar así por medio de un escrito dirigido al Superintendente Bancario y no reciban comisión por tales negocios.
