El segmento espacial administrado por la OATS deberá ser utilizado, considerando la proporción de las contribuciones de los Signatarios a los costos del diseño, desarrollo, construcción, establecimiento, adquisición, mantenimiento, operación, administración y explotación del segmento espacial conforme se establece en el Acuerdo Operativo y a las consideraciones de integración y desarrollo social de nuestros pueblos.
