Artículo quinto. Los Servicios Seccionales de Salud en cuya jurisdicción se hallen ubicadas fábricas productoras de cervezas, podrán destacar en ellas funcionarios encargados de verificar las salidas del producto, de la respectiva planta. En todo caso, los salarios, viáticos y demás gastos que ocasionen la inspección, serán pagados exclusivamente por la entidad de salud.
