Atribuciones especiales. Para el cumplimiento de los fines propios y en su carácter de persona jurídica, el Instituto podrá llevar a cabo toda clase de actos, celebrar contratos, adquirir, poseer o enajenar cualquier clase de bienes, administrarlos, poner limitaciones a su dominio, aceptar o rechazar donaciones y herencias, y en general, obrar como sujeto capaz de toda clase de derechos y obligaciones.
