Artículo primero . El registro de las escrituras y documentos y la expedición de certificados para los Bancos Hipotecarios o para las autoridades judiciales y personas naturales o jurídicas, en asuntos en que tengan interés los mismos Bancos, se harán por los Registradores en los términos del ordinal c) del artículo 6º del Decreto 2476 de 1953 y del artículo 1º del Decreto 2635 de 1956, cuando se les acredite que se trata de los fines de este Decreto.
