El extranjero admitido como rentista o pensionado no podrá ejercer actividades remuneradas por cuenta propia o en relación de dependencia, a menos que fuere autorizado por el Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores, previo concepto del Ministerio de Trabajo y Seguridad Social o preste servicios al Estado o entidades oficiales en materia de su especialización.
