Articulo 42. Contra la providencia que impone la sanción procede el recurso de reposición ante la misma autoridad que la ordenó, y el recurso de apelación ante la Junta Nacional Reguladora de Matrículas y Pensiones siguiendo el procedimiento establecido en el Decreto 2733 de 1959.
