Cuando el Gobierno Nacional, en virtud de lo dispuesto en el artículo 91 del Decreto-ley 294 de 1973, se viere precisado a reducir o aplazar apropiaciones que afecten los presupuestos de los Establecimientos Públicos Nacionales, éstos procederán a efectuar los ajustes en sus presupuestos, con aprobación del Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público –Dirección General del Presupuesto.
