Destinatarios de asignaciones directas. Las entidades territoriales de que trata el inciso 2° del artículo 361 de la Constitución Política recibirán asignaciones directas en virtud del derecho a participar en las regalías y compensaciones previsto en dicha norma, sin perjuicio de su derecho a participar de los recursos de los fondos del sistema. Las Corporaciones Autónomas Regionales recibirán las compensaciones en los términos establecidos en los artículos 40, 41, 46, 47 y 48 de La Ley 141 de 1994.
