Art. 20. Decláranse en su fuerza y vigor los artículos 17 y 18 de ]a Ley 102 de 1888 , y por consecuencia modificado el artículo 101 de la Ley 147 del mismo año.

El Poder Ejecutivo fijará el sueldo que deben gozar respectivamente el Oficial Mayor y Escribientes de que trata el artículo 18 citado, mientras se señala la dotación legal.
