Medidas sanitarias de seguridad, procedimientos y sanciones. El incumplimiento de lo dispuesto en el presente Decreto dará lugar a la aplicación de las medidas sanitarias de seguridad y sanciones previstas en los artículos 576 y 577 de la Ley 9a de 1979, conforme con el Procedimiento Administrativo Sancionatorio previsto en la Ley 1437 de 2011.
