Las frecuencias complementarias a las frecuencias básicas de operación del servicio entregado en concesión, podrán ser asignadas siempre y cuando exista disponibilidad de frecuencias y se ajusten a los requerimientos técnicos del Ministerio de Comunicaciones y no se someterán al proceso de selección objetiva.
