Termina el acto por las firmas del testador i testigos, i por la del Notario, si lo hubiere.

Si el testador no supiere o no pudiere firmar, se mencionará en el testamento esta circunstancia, espresando la causa.

Si se hallare alguno de los testigos en el mismo caso, otro de ellos firmará por él, i a ruego suyo, espresándolo así.
