Artículo. 937. Cada cual podrá sujetar su predio a las servidumbres que quiera, i adquirirlas sobre los predios vecinos, con la voluntad de sus dueños, con tal que no se dañe con ellas el orden público, ni se contravenga a las leyes.

Las servidumbres de esta especie pueden también adquirirse por sentencia de juez, en los casos previstos por las leyes.
