Art. 59. Resueltas por el Jurado las cuestiones propuestas, ó la que en conformidad á lo dispuesto debe resolver, el Juez dictará sentencia, arreglándose á las siguientes prescripciones: 1°. Si el Jurado resuelve negativamente la primera cuestión, el Juez declarará infundada la acusación. 2°. Si el Jurado resuelve afirmativamente la primera cuestión, declarará fundada la acusación, é impondrá al responsable la pena correspondiente, debiendo el Juez tener en consideración la manera como el Jurado haya resuelto la segunda cuestión.
