LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 12. El inciso segundo del artículo 454 del Código Penal quedará así:

“La misma pena fijada en el inciso anterior se le impondrá al asistente a audiencia ante el juez que ejerza la función de control de garantías, ante el juez de conocimiento, ante el tribunal o la Corte Suprema de Justicia, que se niegue deliberadamente a cumplir las órdenes del juez o magistrado”.
