La Junta General de Socios se reunirá en secciones ordinarias anualmente, previa convocatoria que deberá hacer el Gerente por medio de aviso directo con quince (15) días hábiles de anticipación por lo menos. Si transcurrido el mes de marzo de cada año no se hubiere hecho convocatoria, La Junta de Socios se reunirá por derecho propio el primero (1) de abril de cada año, a la hora de las 10:00 , en las oficinas de la Gerencia.
