° Una vez que se inaugure el trayecto de Girardot al Espinal, atenderá al servicio de la explotación de la lima, llevará la Contabilidad de ésta y rendirá al Ministerio de Obras Públicas mensualmente un informe sobre los ingresos y egresos de dicho servicio.
