La Empresa Carbones de Colombia S.A., CARBOCOL tendrá como domicilio legal la ciudad de Bogotá y tendrá como sede administrativa para los proyectos del Cerrejón y los que en un futuro se adelanten en el Departamento de la Guajira la ciudad de Riohacha y podrá establecer jefaturas de proyectos en otros municipios del mismo Departamento.
