Las cauciones y las multas que se impongan durante la actuación procesal se depositarán en dinero a órdenes de los despachos correspondientes, en la cuenta de depósitos judiciales del Banco Agrario de la localidad del depositante o, si no existiese sucursal de esta entidad, de aquel que autorice el funcionario judicial, dentro del plazo fijado por el funcionario competente.
