Artículo trece. Los cargos de Ingenieros Hidráulicos creados por el Decreto número 1810, de junio 18 de 1949, tendrán una asignación mensual de seiscientos cincuenta pesos ($650), en lugar de los $ 700 asignados en la referida providencia.

Parágrafo

Los cargos creados por el Decreto número 1778 de 1949, no comenzaran a funcionar sino desde el primero de agosto próximo, en lugar del 15 de junio, así como se expresó.
