Escalas salariales. Las Empresas Sociales del Estado adoptarán, previo cumplimiento de los requisitos legales, las escalas salariales y los estímulos no salariales que para el sector expida la autoridad competente.

Parágrafo

Los gerentes de las Empresas Sociales del Estado se regirán en materia salarial por el régimen especial que para el efecto expida el Gobierno nacional, teniendo en cuenta el nivel de complejidad y el presupuesto de la respectiva Empresa Social.
