Decreto 886 de 1969 · Por el cual se aprueban los estatutos del Banco Cafetero

El domicilio principal del Banco será la ciudad de Bogotá, capital de la República de Colombia: en ella tendrá también el centro principal de sus negocios y oficinas y podrá establecer sucursales y agencias en cualquier lugar del país o del Exterior, de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo 3º de estos estatutos.

Parágrafo

No podrá cambiarse el domicilio del Banco sin la autorización previa de la Superintendencia Bancaria y de la Junta Directiva del Banco.
