Decreto 1782 de 2001 · por el cual se dictan normas tendientes a garantizar que las operaciones de compraventa de valores con pacto de retroventa, las compraventas simultáneas de valores de contado y a plazo y las transferencias temporales de valores en las que participen los establecimientos de crédito se realice con sujeción a su naturaleza.
