º . Determinación de la Tasa de Referencia. La Tasa de Referencia será del seis por ciento (6%) efectivo anual para los Créditos Objeto de la Cobertura otorgados en los años 2002 y 2003. Para los Créditos Objeto de la Cobertura otorgados en los años 2004 y 2005 la Tasa de Referencia será del seis por ciento (6%) efectivo anual, salvo que el Gobierno Nacional establezca una tasa diferente.
