° La Mesa Directiva de la respectiva Cámara, ordenará la compensación monetaria de que trata el artículo anterior, en cuantía equivalente a la remuneración correspondiente a quince (15) días hábiles del sueldo y gastos de representación vigentes al momento de la pérdida de la investidura de miembro del Congreso o cuando no puedan concederse por necesidades del servicio, conforme al artículo anterior.
