Cesantías. Para la liquidación de cesantías de los miembros del Congreso se tendrá en cuenta el mismo ingreso mensual promedio que por todo concepto devenguen los congresistas a que se refiere el artículo 5 del Decreto 1359 de 1993, a partir de 1995.
