Artículo tercero. Sendas partidas por US$ 1100.000 cada una serán incluidas en los Presupuestos correspondientes a los años de 1971, 1972, 1973 y 1974, con destino al Instituto de Fomento Industrial, con el objeto de que atienda el pago de los restantes contados previstos en el artículo 8° del citado Convenio Constitutivo de la Corporación Andina de Fomento.
