Tan pronto llegue a puerto colombiano un cargamento en las condiciones mencionadas, el Administrador de la Aduana, a solicitud del Agente de Aduana comisionado por el funcionario diplomático, le hará entrega del cargamento previa fianza para responder de que la mercancía será entregada en la Aduana Interior de Bogotá. La fianza general del Agente de Aduana podrá servir de garantía para este efecto.
