Art. 172. Si dentro de los tres días de puesto en conocimiento de las partes el recibo de los autos ocurriere alguno pidiendo que la causa se abra a prueba, el Juez concederá el término común de ocho días y el de la distancia, si se hubieren de practicar fuera del lugar del juicio.
